About the role
We are looking for a proactive Customer Service Representative to ensure smooth order fulfillment and high customer satisfaction. You will act as the main point of contact for customers, shipping partners, and internal teams, handling inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
Key responsibilities
- Follow up on customer orders, deliveries, and Return to Origin (RTO) cases.
- Contact customers regarding undelivered orders and identify reasons for non‑delivery.
- Coordinate with shipping companies to guarantee timely deliveries.
- Prepare order reports, statistics, and performance analyses.
- Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer needs.
- Respond to complaints, resolve issues professionally, and maintain a positive attitude.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
Required profile
- 1‑3 years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
- Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
