About the role
We are looking for a motivated Contact Centre Agent to join our patient services team. You will be the first point of contact for patients and their families, providing information, scheduling appointments and promoting our range of healthcare services.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls, emails and messages from patients and families, delivering courteous and accurate information about LIPS services.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for lab tests, imaging, outpatient consultations, GP services, wellness programs and screenings.
- Promote and sell LIPS services, identifying opportunities to maximize bookings and consultant appointments.
- Maintain patient records and appointment details in Compucare and other systems, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- Provide detailed explanations of procedures, answer patient questions and resolve issues promptly, escalating complex cases when needed.
- Obtain payments and authorization codes before confirming appointments.
- Conduct follow‑up calls to confirm appointments and ensure a high level of customer service.
Required profile
- Fluent English speaker.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Previous experience in customer service, contact centre or sales.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High level of empathy, interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.
Required skills
- MS Office Suite.
- Compucare (patient records system).

- Full‑time schedule: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
