About the role

The SAP Customer Success Internship – Business Operations & Analytics offers university students a paid, 3‑month experience supporting the Regional Indirect Customer Success team in Cairo. You will turn data into actionable insights that help SAP partners drive customer success.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑impact operational support focused on data analysis and business reporting.
• Build and maintain dashboards using Microsoft Power BI and Tableau.
• Generate insights from customer and partner performance data.
• Support internal communications and coordinate internal and external events.

Required profile

• Enrolled university student seeking a hands‑on analytics internship.
• At least one month of relevant experience or coursework.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to communicate findings clearly.
