Customer Success Manager – Remote

About the role

Tenex.io is a fast‑growing PropTech SaaS platform that powers real‑estate operations across the GCC. As a Customer Success Manager you will own end‑to‑end relationships with developers, property‑management groups and enterprise operations leaders, helping them unlock growth and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the trusted advisor for strategic Gulf real‑estate customers, managing renewals and identifying upsell opportunities.
• Drive adoption of Tenex’s AI‑powered marketing, leasing, finance and tenant‑engagement tools.
• Collect and relay customer feedback to shape product roadmap in collaboration with Sales, Product and Engineering.
• Monitor ARR, retention, churn and expansion metrics to ensure customer health.
• Maintain organized account plans and reporting while working fully remote.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in SaaS Customer Success, Account Management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business metrics such as ARR, retention and churn.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical users and C‑suite executives.
• Highly organized, self‑driven and comfortable working without direct supervision.
