About the role
We are looking for an English‑speaking Customer Support Representative to join our team in 6th of October City. This full‑time position works the evening shift from Monday to Friday and offers a supportive environment with clear opportunities for growth.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate information.
- Diagnose and resolve basic technical or service issues.
- Document interactions and update customer records in the internal system.
- Escalate complex cases to senior team members when necessary.
Required profile
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer support or call‑center environment.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work evenings and maintain a consistent schedule.
