About the role
We are looking for a CV Sourcing & Recruitment Specialist to lead the creation of a fully digital candidate pipeline for our Gulf‑region clients. Based in Maadi, Cairo, you will replace the current paper‑based process with an organized, searchable system that delivers ready‑to‑place talent.
Key responsibilities
- Design and manage an online registration channel for candidates.
- Digitally archive and organize CVs received via email and WhatsApp.
- Screen and pre‑qualify candidates against client requirements.
- Maintain and update the candidate database (CRM).
- Coordinate with the Business Development Executive to match candidates to active client requests.
Required profile
- Prior experience in recruitment, sourcing, or HR (junior level acceptable).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable learning and using digital tools such as CRM systems and online forms.
- Good written Arabic and basic English.
- Based in Cairo or willing to work from Cairo.
