About the role

The Data Analyst for London Cab will turn raw operational data into actionable insights that boost efficiency, enhance customer satisfaction, and support strategic decisions across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, clean, and validate data from multiple sources related to London Cab operations.
• Analyse trends and patterns to pinpoint opportunities for operational improvement.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that monitor key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver data‑driven recommendations.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning activities.
• Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in automotive or transportation.
• Strong communication skills for presenting data insights.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Excel.
• Experience using Power BI or Tableau for data visualisation.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database querying.
