Data Entry Specialist

About the role
Teleperformance is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to collect information from multiple sources and enter it into electronic databases for archival and analysis. The role supports the marketing department and other internal teams by ensuring data accuracy, timely processing, and effective communication.
Key responsibilities
- Handle and monitor emails and queries related to the marketing department’s activities.
- Update and maintain databases, performing data entry and processing of information.
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain effective relationships with other departments and provide support.
- Identify priorities and organize work based on received deadlines.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience managing data in a structured environment.
- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Required skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to use internet applications effectively.
