DCM Associate

About the role

The DCM Associate will support the execution of Debt Capital Markets transactions, including debt arrangements, syndicated loans, project finance, and structured finance mandates. Working closely with senior bankers, the associate will help prepare client materials, conduct analysis, and coordinate deal activities throughout the lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing pitch books, client presentations, information memorandums, and financial models.
• Conduct financial analysis, market research, industry benchmarking, and support transaction execution.
• Coordinate with clients, lenders, investors, legal advisors, and internal teams during deal progression.
• Support due diligence, documentation review, and transaction structuring activities.
• Prepare credit analysis, debt sizing models, cash‑flow analysis, and financing scenarios.
• Monitor market trends, interest rates, and DCM developments to identify opportunities.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing term sheets, financing agreements, and other transaction documents.
• Participate in client meetings and support relationship‑management initiatives.
• Maintain internal transaction trackers, pipeline reports, and project updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Debt Capital Markets, corporate finance, investment banking, syndications, or project finance.
• Strong understanding of debt products, capital‑market structures, and financing mechanisms.
