About the role

The Developer works with system owners to translate business requirements into functional systems, handling data integration and user interface development across various platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with system owners to gather and transform requirements within the SDLC framework.
• Create workbooks, dashboards, charts, and graphs using Tableau and Microsoft SSRS.
• Develop and maintain applications in Medidata suite, SharePoint, and Intacct.
• Support and mentor other developers, promoting best practices and process improvements.
• Communicate results to internal teams and external clients, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines.
• Follow SOPs, maintain project documentation, and manage assigned project tasks.
• Identify improvement areas and provide actionable recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with 21 CFR Part 11 where applicable.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of industry experience in a related development role.
• Proven analytical abilities and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
