Agile Delivery Manager

About the role

Geidea is seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of payment services products. You will coordinate development, release, and implementation activities while ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate product delivery from development through implementation.
• Manage release activities and resources to guarantee successful launches.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and customers.
• Monitor progress, track RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and report status.
• Ensure delivery meets agreed deadlines and quality standards.
• Develop comprehensive product delivery plans covering all lifecycle phases.
• Define, track, and report on delivery performance using KPIs.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate product risks and dependencies.
• Analyze customer feedback to continuously improve delivery processes.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of delivery experience in payment services or card‑issuing industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience with product delivery and incremental roll‑out using Agile frameworks.
• Deep knowledge of payment services (gateway, POS/ECR, eCommerce, acquiring).
• Fintech and banking sector experience is mandatory.
