Digital Marketing Executive (PPC and SEO)

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to lead paid search, SEO and lifecycle marketing for a fast‑growing UK‑based online gift and home retailer. Working remotely, you will collaborate with a small, agile marketing team to drive traffic, optimise conversions and support seasonal campaigns across Google Ads, on‑site SEO and WhatsApp/email channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily Google Ads activity, including Performance Max and performance‑bucket campaigns, with regular seasonal adjustments.
• Execute on‑site SEO improvements: update pages, fix internal linking, refine product naming and content.
• Create SEO‑focused blog articles that attract quality traffic and boost conversion rates.
• Maintain and segment audience data in Klaviyo (or similar ESP), designing email flows and re‑engagement campaigns.
• Optimise on‑site sign‑up forms to grow the marketable audience for lifecycle programmes.
• Build, scale and integrate WhatsApp marketing journeys, feeding engaged users into sales‑driving campaigns.
• Coordinate paid, organic and lifecycle activities to ensure consistent messaging and data sync.

Required profile

• 6+ years managing Google Ads accounts with annual budgets exceeding £300k.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable on‑site SEO results for e‑commerce sites.
• Strong experience with Klaviyo or a comparable email platform, including segmentation and automated flows.
• Hands‑on experience creating and managing WhatsApp marketing journeys.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Previous experience in an online retail or DTC environment.
