Digital Marketing Performance Lead

About the role

Eva Pharma is recruiting a Digital Marketing Performance Lead for its wellness brand Limitless Naturals, which sells food supplements, multivitamins and sports nutrition in Egypt and is now expanding into selected international markets. The role covers performance marketing across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat and KSA platforms, with a focus on D2C and marketplace sales.

Key responsibilities

• Create full-funnel performance marketing strategies across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat and KSA platforms to hit KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, sales and conversions.
• Oversee media buying, execution and optimization of paid campaigns for D2C and marketplace sales.
• Manage Amazon Ads, Noon Ads and other marketplace tools to increase visibility, traffic and sales.
• Track campaign results daily, reduce cost per result, scale high-performing campaigns and maximize ROI.
• Analyze performance through analytics dashboards, prepare weekly and monthly reports and give insights for continuous improvement.
• Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
• Optimize ad spend, work with marketing, sales and creative teams, and help plan budgets and campaign alignment with launches and promotions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in performance marketing or digital acquisition roles in FMCG, healthcare or consumer brands.
• Proven track record of ROI-driven campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok and Snapchat with a KSA focus.
• Strong communication and reporting skills, able to turn data into actionable business insights.

Required skills

• Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager and Data Studio.
• Pixel setup, event tracking and conversion API integration is a plus.
