Digital Marketing & Sales Manager

About the role

Marketopia is seeking a Digital Marketing & Sales Manager to lead integrated campaigns that generate leads and boost brand awareness. This full‑time, on‑site position in Alexandria combines strategic digital marketing with proactive sales management to drive measurable results for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, email and digital media placements.
• Manage the sales pipeline, build and maintain client relationships, conduct presentations and negotiate agreements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align marketing and sales efforts and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Analyse campaign and sales performance, prepare detailed reports and recommend improvements.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, oversee account activities and ensure client objectives are met within budget.

Required profile

• Strong account‑management experience with proven client communication and project coordination skills.
• Demonstrated sales and sales‑management success, including pipeline management and revenue target achievement.
• Hands‑on expertise in digital marketing and media, from planning to performance analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent analytical, reporting and presentation abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast‑paced on‑site environment.
