About the role

We are seeking a creative and results‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead organic marketing across our network of veterinary clinics, pet pharmacy, and related businesses. You will develop engaging content, grow our online communities, and generate qualified leads through social media and digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute organic social media strategies on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar, ensuring consistent posting.
• Create reels, short videos, graphics, carousels, and educational posts; repurpose long‑form content into short‑form assets.
• Collaborate with veterinarians, groomers, and clinic staff to produce authentic, brand‑aligned content.
• Monitor trends, track performance metrics, and prepare monthly reports with actionable recommendations.
• Build campaigns around seasonal promotions, pet‑awareness events, and wellness packages.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of digital marketing experience, with a proven record of organic social media growth.
• Experience creating high‑performing visual and written content.
• Background in healthcare, veterinary, pet care, or retail is preferred.
