About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to design, execute, and optimise multi‑channel campaigns that boost brand visibility and drive business growth. The role involves collaborating with content, design, and analytics teams to deliver data‑driven results across paid and organic channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies on social media, search engines, and email platforms.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other networks.
• Optimise website performance through SEO to increase organic traffic.
• Coordinate with content and design teams to produce engaging digital assets.
• Monitor, analyse, and report campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
• Grow and engage social media communities, ensuring timely interaction.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Efficiently manage and optimise the digital marketing budget.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms and SEO best practices.
• Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
• Excellent communication, organisational skills, and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
