Direct Sales Agent – Insurance & Financial Products

About the role

This full‑time Direct Sales Agent position is based in Cairo and operates in a hybrid model, allowing a mix of on‑site and remote work. You will represent MetLife’s insurance and financial solutions, engaging prospective customers and delivering tailored advice to meet their needs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients through prospecting activities.
• Present MetLife’s insurance and financial products and recommend suitable solutions.
• Manage a sales pipeline, conduct needs analyses, and prepare proposals and quotations.
• Follow up with prospects to close sales and achieve or exceed targets.
• Provide responsive customer service, handling inquiries and policy questions.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in company systems.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, and operations teams while adhering to regulatory and compliance standards.
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.

• Clear, professional verbal and written communication, capable of explaining financial products simply.
• Customer‑service orientation and experience resolving inquiries.
• High integrity, accountability, and respect for confidentiality and regulatory standards.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment, manage time and priorities, and use digital tools.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
