About the role
We are looking for a Direct Sales Consultant to join our team in Giza and Alexandria. You will work directly with individuals and families to understand their financial protection needs and offer tailored insurance solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and approach prospects through referrals, personal contacts, professional networks and AXA‑provided leads.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs by scheduling face‑to‑face appointments and presenting life, health and general insurance products.
- Analyse clients’ financial situations to recommend appropriate protection, savings and retirement plans.
- Identify cross‑selling opportunities and ensure consistent multi‑product coverage.
- Maintain full compliance with AXA standards, underwriting requirements and documentation procedures.
- Stay updated on competitor offerings and continuously improve product knowledge through training.
- Record all sales activities, monitor renewals and support departmental meetings and new‑joiner onboarding.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 0–2 years of experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
- Fluency in English and strong interpersonal communication skills.
- High organisational and planning abilities, result‑driven mindset.
- Ability to handle difficult customers and work under pressure.
Required skills
- Proficient computer skills.
