Duty Free Sales Associate – Cairo Airport

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Associate to join our duty‑free store at Cairo International Airport. You will be the face of the brand, helping travelers discover and purchase luxury products while delivering a high‑standard customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers, understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
• Maintain a fully stocked store and ensure visual merchandising standards are met.
• Handle point‑of‑sale transactions accurately and process new shipments.
• Keep up‑to‑date with product information and effectively communicate features and benefits.
• Uphold Chalhoub Group policies, health and safety, and store cleanliness.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to work in a team.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of stock management, merchandising, replenishment and inventory handling.
• Comfortable handling confectionery, tobacco and alcoholic beverages.
