E-Commerce Commercial Manager

About the role

The Manager – Commercial will coordinate with buyers and support purchasing activities for MAF Retail. You will help select and evaluate products for store shelves, catalogues, and online channels.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales and profitability through assortment, pricing, and promotions.
• Manage supplier relationships and lead commercial negotiations.
• Ensure product availability and reduce out‑of‑stock rates.
• Analyze performance data and optimise category KPIs.
• Collaborate closely with supply‑chain and operations teams.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of experience in retail, FMCG or e‑commerce.
• Strong background in category management and pricing.
• Proven exposure to online platforms.
• Solid analytical and stakeholder‑management abilities.
