Promoter – Customer Engagement & Sales

About the role

We are looking for a full-time, on-site Promoter to join our Cairo team at EHAB CENTER. In this role you will interact directly with customers, showcase our home-appliance range and help drive sales while delivering a positive shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers in store.
• Answer customer questions and provide accurate information.
• Support sales strategies and contribute to promotional campaigns.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to meet targets.
• Uphold EHAB CENTER’s standards of customer satisfaction and brand presentation.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer-service abilities.
• Sales orientation with a focus on achieving targets.
• Basic knowledge of marketing and training techniques.
• Team-player attitude and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• Previous experience in retail, promotions or sales is highly advantageous.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English is preferred.
