EL-LVS Product Marketing Specialist

About the role

ABB is looking for an EL-LVS Product Marketing Specialist in Cairo, reporting to the LVS country Sales & Marketing Manager. The role drives and implements marketing activities for assigned market segments in line with the agreed strategy, and contributes to the EL-LVS business in Egypt. It is an onsite position.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily market analyses using marketing tools for existing and potential products, systems and services in assigned markets.
• Create end-user acceptance and specification offerings tailored to target segments, ensuring high customer satisfaction and monitoring segment performance.
• Run proactive promotional activities for consultants and end-users, including technical presentations, demonstrations, seminars and educational material.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with target consultants and end-users, understanding their current and future needs and explaining the full ABB offering.
• Prepare plans for visits and carry out regular status reviews.
• Identify and drive new market opportunities, share know-how and collaborate across teams.
• Develop the technical, commercial, design and behavioural competences of yourself and your team.

Required profile

• At least 10 years of professional experience in related work.
• Relevant qualifications, with additional experience in communication systems being a must.
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Arabic.
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal and customer-oriented skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, teamwork, adaptability and flexibility.
