Employee Life Cycle Associate Manager

About the role

Majid Al Futtaim's Global Solutions Egypt is looking for an Employee Life Cycle Associate Manager. The role acts as backup to the Employee Services Manager on all employee services matters, supports team members with questions and escalations, allocates work assignments across the Employee Services function for MAF's business units (Global Solutions, Properties, Entertainment, Lifestyle and Holding) and reviews operations periodically with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the Employee Services team.
• Analyse current system issues, identify operational gaps and propose corrective actions.
• Create dashboards showing real-time data.
• Seek stakeholder feedback and use it to drive improvements.
• Hold weekly meetings with each OpCo's TA Partner and P&O team to share updates and discuss pending issues.
• Run quality checks on the team using random samples and system reports to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Provide coaching and timely feedback to the team.

Required profile

• Graduate in a relevant or numerate discipline.
• At least 4 years of HR-related experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of local and regional labour laws.
