Engagement & Communication Specialist

About the role

Yazaki is seeking an Engagement & Communication Specialist to develop and deliver internal communication strategies that support business objectives across the YEMEA region. You will create compelling content, drive employee engagement initiatives, and help shape a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement internal communication strategies aligned with business goals and regional calendars.
• Create engaging content for email, intranet, newsletters, town halls, and presentations.
• Plan and execute employee engagement campaigns and events in line with the YEMEA CSR calendar.
• Partner with HR, leadership, and managers to support change communication and cultural initiatives.
• Measure the effectiveness of communication and engagement through surveys, feedback, and analytics.
• Support employer branding and internal storytelling through existing or new channels.
• Ensure all messaging is consistent, inclusive, and aligned with company values.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, Human Resources, Marketing or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or HR communications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
