About the role
Teleperformance Cairo is looking for an English‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join a dedicated telecom account. You will handle inbound customer inquiries, process uncapped sales, and manage billing issues while maintaining high service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer calls and messages regarding telecom services.
- Process sales transactions with no cap on commissions.
- Handle billing queries and resolve payment issues.
- Achieve performance KPIs and meet quarterly targets.
- Work rotational and night shifts as required.
Required profile
- Ready to start on 25/07/2026.
- University graduate.
- Flexible with rotational/night shift schedules.
- Fluent English (B2 level or higher).

- Net salary of €20,000 (Euro equivalent) including KPI bonuses.
- Performance‑based bonus of €195 per quarter.
