English Teacher

About the role

4level1 is seeking a dedicated English Teacher to join its on‑site team in Markaz Shebin El Kom. You will deliver engaging, CEFR‑aligned lessons to adult and young‑adult learners, helping them develop practical communication skills for academic, professional, and social contexts.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver English lessons that meet CEFR standards.
• Create and adapt learning materials to support listening, speaking, reading, and writing development.
• Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate records.
• Foster an inclusive, positive classroom environment.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development activities, and collaborative curriculum improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience teaching English to adults or young adults.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Teaching certifications such as TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA are a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to inclusive, learner‑centered teaching.
• Willingness to engage in continuous professional development.
