English/Spanish Speaker – B2 Customer Service

About the role

Innovative Work Solutions is seeking a full‑time English/Spanish Speaker (B2 level) to join its Nasr City call‑center team. You will interact with customers in both languages, providing accurate information, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls or messages in English and Spanish.
• Translate and clarify information between the two languages, both verbally and in writing.
• Document all customer interactions in internal CRM systems.
• Support training initiatives and collaborate with supervisors to improve service delivery.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (B2 or higher), validated by testing or certification.
• Customer‑service mindset with the ability to manage inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Experience or interest in English teaching or coaching colleagues.
• Ability to work on‑site full‑time in Nasr City and meet performance targets.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy and comfort using internal systems.
