About the role
Innovative Work Solutions is seeking a full‑time English/Spanish Speaker (B2 level) to join its Nasr City call‑center team. You will interact with customers in both languages, providing accurate information, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls or messages in English and Spanish.
- Translate and clarify information between the two languages, both verbally and in writing.
- Document all customer interactions in internal CRM systems.
- Support training initiatives and collaborate with supervisors to improve service delivery.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (B2 or higher), validated by testing or certification.
- Customer‑service mindset with the ability to manage inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Experience or interest in English teaching or coaching colleagues.
- Ability to work on‑site full‑time in Nasr City and meet performance targets.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools and call‑center technologies.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using internal systems.
