Enterprise Compliance & Ethics Sr Manager

About the role

The Enterprise Compliance & Ethics Senior Manager leads PepsiCo’s compliance program for the Egypt market. This role ensures the effective operation of the Speak Up system, delivers ethics and anti‑bribery training, and supports a strong tone at the top across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the Speak Up docket, conduct complex PSV investigations, and drive remediation actions.
• Lead the Egypt Control Environment Council, preparing presentations and monitoring the control environment each quarter.
• Partner with Legal and People functions to design, deliver, and monitor Anti‑Bribery and Anti‑Corruption (ABAC) training.
• Maintain and enhance the Third‑Party Due Diligence program for Egypt.
• Perform trend analysis to identify compliance risks and implement corrective measures.
• Coordinate senior‑leadership messaging to reinforce a culture of integrity.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in compliance, ethics, or related regulatory functions.
• Proven ability to lead investigations, manage risk assessments, and drive remediation.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including collaboration with legal, HR, and senior leadership.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
