About the role
Join PepsiCo’s North Africa team as an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Assistant Supervisor. You will support the implementation of site‑wide safety systems, help develop HSE programs, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in a fast‑moving food and beverage environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support the site‑wide system to identify and evaluate hazards, and implement corrective controls in line with company risk management.
- Facilitate the development and rollout of HSE programs, clarifying roles, creating prioritized action plans, and contributing to plant‑specific procedures.
- Assist in delivering effective employee HSE training and orientation for new hires.
- Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records of all HSE‑related activities.
- Support incident investigations using participative root‑cause analysis and apply appropriate countermeasures.
- Help ensure compliance with regulatory and other requirement activities.
