Ethical Auditor (CSCA) – Supply Chain Audits

About the role

QIMA is seeking an Ethical Auditor (CSCA) to conduct independent audits of manufacturing sites for our clients in Egypt. You will evaluate labor rights, health and safety, environmental practices, and other compliance areas to ensure adherence to international standards and client requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Perform unannounced audits of supplier factories, focusing on labor rights, health & safety, environmental security, and related standards.
• Identify and document any violations, maintaining detailed, objective reports for client delivery.
• Uphold the highest level of integrity during audits, recognizing the impact on suppliers, workers, and clients.
• Participate in client meetings to develop custom quality‑control procedures based on specific needs.
• Contribute ideas for continuous improvement of QIMA’s operational projects.

Required profile

• Higher education degree in Engineering, Law, Economics, Social Sciences or a related field.
• APSCA registration at CSCA level (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of SA8000, ISO14001, ICTI, C‑TPAT, WRAP, BSCI standards.
• Experience in third‑party auditing, with recent (last 12 months) environmental or mixed audits such as SMETA, BSCI, SA8000, or WRAP.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
