Event Coordinator – International Conferences & Exhibitions

About the role

Smart Vision is seeking an enthusiastic Event Coordinator to join its Events & Operations team in Cairo. You will support the planning and delivery of international conferences, exhibitions, financial summits and awards ceremonies across multiple countries, including travel to Dubai and other destinations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate event logistics and on‑site operations.
• Communicate with speakers, VIP guests, exhibitors and partners.
• Manage registrations, event documentation and attendee support.
• Liaise with suppliers, agencies and service providers.
• Assist in the successful execution of international events.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate in Business, Marketing, Tourism, Mass Communication or a related field.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel when required.
