Excellence Officer - Remote

KAIZEN Asset Management Services, a leading property management firm in Dubai, is looking for a detail‑oriented Excellence Officer to join our remote team. You will play a key role in ensuring high‑quality customer interactions, continuous improvement, and seamless coordination across departments.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and complaints via phone and email.
• Provide accurate information about properties, amenities, and leasing options.
• Assist customers with online platforms and resolve technical issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requests.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions in the CRM system.
• Gather and analyze feedback to identify improvement areas and recommend actions.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop customer engagement initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and use insights to enhance service delivery.

Required profile
