About the role
The Export Accountant will manage all documentation and financial processes related to export shipments, ensuring compliance with customs and company standards.
Key responsibilities
- Issue export forms, invoices and shipment documents.
- Prepare reports and analyses, and follow up on loading of cars and containers.
- Review export expenses and match applications with Proforma invoices.
- Enter invoices into the ERP system and coordinate with customs brokers.
Required profile
- 1‑3 years of relevant experience.
- Residency in Obour City preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, honesty and ability to work under pressure.
- Male candidates preferred due to field work requirements.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Experience using an ERP system for invoicing.
