Export Sales Manager – Fresh Fruits

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Export Sales Manager to lead our fresh‑fruit export operations. Based on‑site in 6th of October City, you will drive growth in international markets by developing strategic export plans and nurturing client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement export strategies for citrus, strawberries, pomegranates, grapes, mangoes and other fresh produce.
• Manage and expand relationships with overseas buyers, distributors and agents.
• Coordinate closely with production, packing, and logistics teams to ensure timely, quality shipments.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, certifications and documentation requirements.
• Identify new market opportunities, negotiate contracts and maximize sales revenue.

Required profile

• Proven experience in export, international trade or international business.
• Strong business planning and sales strategy capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience in agricultural export is a plus.
