Exterior Designer (Onsite)

About the role

We are looking for a talented Exterior Designer to join our onsite team in Jeddah. The role involves creating innovative exterior design concepts for residential, commercial and mixed‑use projects, turning client visions into detailed drawings and high‑quality visualisations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative exterior design concepts, mood boards, material palettes and presentation packages.
• Produce accurate architectural drawings, plans, elevations and sections using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Coordinate with interior designers, structural engineers and MEP teams to ensure design feasibility.
• Create detailed 3D models in SketchUp and Revit and generate photorealistic renderings and walkthroughs with Lumion.
• Prepare presentation graphics using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for client and stakeholder meetings.
• Participate in site visits, incorporate feedback and ensure design intent is maintained during construction.
• Maintain quality standards and stay updated on exterior design trends and local regulations in the KSA market.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in exterior design with a strong portfolio.
• Knowledge of Saudi Arabian building codes and municipal approval processes (preferred).
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage but not mandatory.
