Facilities Management and General Admin Senior Specialist

About the role

onebank is launching Egypt's first digital native bank and seeks a Facilities Management and General Admin Senior Specialist to ensure the headquarters and related premises operate smoothly. You will oversee maintenance schedules, space utilization, cleaning services, and all related administrative functions.

Key responsibilities

• Apply and ensure compliance with facility management policies and procedures.
• Manage premises projects, including renovations and enhancements, coordinating with Bank Misr departments and building subcontractors.
• Oversee building cleaning services, monitoring the performance of supervisors and janitorial staff.
• Supervise office boys and drivers, handling internal customer complaints.
• Monitor facility service provider performance against SLAs, resolve issues promptly, and enforce penalties when necessary.
• Control budgets for maintenance, cleaning, and office support services.
• Handle payments to governmental entities and rent payments with Banque Misr according to contracts and purchase orders.
• Procure office equipment, furniture, and supplies to maintain uninterrupted operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, time‑management, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Problem‑solving mindset with at least 3 years of experience in banking or a multinational environment.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in facility management, with technical certificates preferred.
