Fashion Design Consultant (Activewear)

About the role

We are seeking a creative and commercially driven Fashion Design Consultant specialized in activewear to lead the development of upcoming collections. The role requires hands‑on experience in the Saudi Arabian market, a strong grasp of fashion trends, product development and e‑commerce, and the ability to turn market insights into successful collections.

Key responsibilities

• Develop seasonal activewear collections aligned with brand strategy and target audience.
• Research global and regional fashion trends, fabrics, colors, silhouettes and consumer behavior.
• Create product concepts, mood boards, colour palettes and overall collection direction.
• Advise on fabric selection, trims, functionality, fit and garment construction suitable for activewear.
• Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers throughout the product development process.
• Review prototypes and samples, providing technical and aesthetic feedback before production.
• Conduct competitive analysis across local and international activewear brands.
• Recommend pricing strategies and product positioning based on market research.
• Work closely with marketing to ensure product storytelling aligns with campaign strategies.
• Provide guidance on packaging, branding and e‑commerce presentation.
• Support photoshoot planning by advising on styling, looks and product presentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in activewear or sportswear design, preferably within the Saudi Arabian market.
• Strong understanding of fashion trends, consumer behaviour and e‑commerce dynamics.
• Ability to translate market insights into commercially successful collections.
