F&B Marketing Manager

About the role

The F&B Marketing Manager will join Fairmont Nile City, a luxury hotel in Cairo, to ensure high‑quality guest service that aligns with Fairmont standards. Working on‑site full‑time, the role supports daily hotel operations and collaborates with internal teams to deliver a seamless experience for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal departments to address guest requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in accordance with hotel policies.
• Identify opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction and contribute ideas for service improvement.
• Participate in trainings, briefings, and other development activities.
• Represent the Fairmont brand with professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and a commitment to service excellence.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related service‑oriented field, preferably within a luxury or upscale environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with guests and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced setting.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as operational needs dictate.
• Professional, respectful, and inclusive attitude focused on teamwork and collaboration.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Relevant education in hospitality, tourism, business, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience will be considered.
