Field Sales Executive (Cairo)

About the role

Driving sales and revenue growth within a designated territory. Identify new business opportunities, maintain relationships with existing clients, and achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of prospects and existing customers, ensuring their needs are recognized and met.
• Exploit new opportunities from both existing and potential customers.
• Establish territory sales targets in conjunction with the sales manager and ensure attainment of revenue and profitability goals.
• Gain new business and maximize growth of existing account customers.
• Develop sales strategies to support company growth objectives.
• Monitor customer performance, loyalty and satisfaction, and take corrective action when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of face‑to‑face sales experience with a proven track record of achieving targets.
• Organizational awareness of company structure, products and services; experience in the Express distribution industry is a plus.

Required skills

• Good command of English.
• Business‑to‑business selling skills.
• Ability to interpret standard business reports.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
