Field Sales Reacher – On-Premise (Mass HORECA)

About the role

We are seeking a Reacher – On‑Premise to drive horizontal expansion across the mass HORECA universe. In this fully field‑based position you will identify, onboard and activate new local outlets such as coffee shops, small restaurants, gyms and gaming centres, ensuring they purchase directly from Red Bull’s main distributor.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, identify and open new mass HORECA outlets within an assigned territory.
• Drive horizontal expansion by continuously recruiting new customers.
• Onboard new outlets and secure direct purchases from the official distributor.
• Communicate the benefits of direct buying, including product availability, service quality and reliability.
• Support first orders and activation of newly opened outlets.
• Build strong initial relationships with outlet owners and decision‑makers.
• Systematically cover the territory, maintain a healthy pipeline and report daily field activities, new openings and market feedback.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience.
• Interest in field sales, customer acquisition and territory management.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
