Finance Manager

About the role

FITEX is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead its financial operations in the textile manufacturing environment. This full‑time, on‑site position will be based in 10th of Ramadan and will play a key role in supporting the company’s growth and financial health.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting processes.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Analyze financial data to provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Supervise and develop the internal finance team.
• Coordinate with external auditors and prepare statutory financial statements.
• Assist in decision‑making processes related to investments, cost control and profitability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field (Master’s or CPA is a plus).
• Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation and financial regulations.
• Leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Prior experience in the manufacturing or textile industry is an asset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems and financial software.
