Financial & Inventory Compliance Manager

About the role

The Financial & Inventory Compliance Manager is responsible for designing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures that govern financial and inventory transactions. This role ensures operational discipline, transparency, and protection of company assets while collaborating closely with Finance, Procurement, and Operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and update policies and SOPs related to procurement, payments, receipts, inventory movements, and asset control.
• Monitor compliance with approved procedures across all departments.
• Conduct regular reviews, audits, and inventory checks to verify adherence.
• Identify process weaknesses, irregularities, and non‑compliance issues.
• Follow up on corrective actions and ensure timely resolution of identified issues.
• Work with Finance, Procurement, and Operations to strengthen controls and improve efficiency.
• Provide periodic reports to senior management on compliance and risk matters.
• Train employees and promote adherence to company procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 15–20 years of experience in finance, accounting, auditing, inventory control, or operations.
• Previous experience in a senior accounting, finance, or internal audit role is preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial controls and inventory management.
• Ability to establish discipline and enforce procedures in a professional manner.
• High ethical standards and sound judgment.
