Finishing Engineer – Office Furniture Projects

About the role

We are seeking a Finishing Engineer to lead finishing activities on office furniture projects. The role ensures high‑quality execution, on‑time delivery, and strict adherence to company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise finishing works for office furniture projects.
• Guarantee that all finishing activities meet quality standards and project specifications.
• Coordinate with production, installation, and project teams for smooth execution.
• Inspect completed work and resolve any quality issues or defects.
• Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
• Review finishing materials and ensure proper usage.
• Prepare progress reports and update project status.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with clients and contractors during project execution when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Site/Finishing Engineer.
• Experience in the office furniture industry.
• Strong knowledge of finishing materials, furniture installation, and site execution.
• Ability to read technical and shop drawings.
