First Mile Hub Supervisor – Box

About the role

The First Mile Hub Supervisor at Bosta oversees daily operations at the Box hub, ensuring that parcels are collected from business clients, processed accurately, and moved efficiently through the first‑mile network. This onsite role coordinates pickups, manages courier performance, and leads a team of hub agents and loaders to meet operational targets.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily first‑mile hub activities, guaranteeing timely assignment of pickups to couriers.
• Coordinate with business clients to schedule pickups and resolve any operational issues.
• Monitor courier performance to ensure parcels reach the hub on schedule.
• Oversee accurate scanning, labeling, and documentation of parcels for traceability.
• Lead, coach, and support hub agents and loaders to achieve daily targets.
• Track key performance indicators such as pickup completion, intake accuracy, and SLA adherence.
• Handle operational escalations quickly to minimise disruption.
• Prepare operational reports with recommendations for efficiency and service quality improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years experience in logistics, courier services, or first‑mile hub operations.
• Strong knowledge of parcel handling, pickup assignment, and hub procedures.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities with clients and courier teams.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a team to meet operational goals.
