Fleet Traffic Coordinator – Hurghada

About the role

The Fleet Traffic Coordinator ensures the efficient planning, scheduling and monitoring of company vehicles in Hurghada. You will work closely with drivers, maintenance teams and operations staff to maximise fleet utilisation while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch vehicles for daily operations, creating optimal routes.
• Monitor fleet activity and track vehicle locations using GPS and fleet management systems.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs with the maintenance team to minimise downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, driver assignments and related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, company policies and safety standards.
• Communicate with drivers and operations teams to resolve delays or issues promptly.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on fleet performance, utilisation and cost efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
• 0–3 years of experience in fleet coordination or transportation management.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency with fleet management software.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
