Fluent Saudi Dialect Call Center Representative (Remote)

About the role

WAJJAD is seeking a full‑time remote Call Center Representative who speaks Saudi Arabic fluently. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling both inbound and outbound calls to provide accurate information about our B2B digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and initiate outbound calls to address customer inquiries.
• Provide clear, accurate information on WAJJAD’s platforms and services.
• Log and update customer interactions in the relevant CRM or ticketing system.
• Follow structured workflows and escalate cases when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with other departments to relay feedback and support continuous improvement of processes.
• Maintain strict adherence to quality standards, privacy, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Strong customer support and service skills, able to manage inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
• Excellent verbal communication in Saudi Arabic, with the ability to convey information accurately and respectfully.
• Practical experience with contact‑center operations, call handling procedures, and performance metrics.
• Solid computer literacy, including web‑based platforms, basic troubleshooting, and precise data entry.
• Reliable internet connection, good time‑management and organizational abilities, and a customer‑centric mindset.
• Prior experience in technology, B2B services, or call‑center environments is an advantage.
