Food & Beverage Warehouse Manager

About the role

SAGE Hospitality is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Warehouse Manager to lead on‑site operations in New Cairo. The role focuses on optimizing the supply chain, ensuring food safety, and driving efficiency in a high‑volume hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse functions including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch while maximizing space utilization.
• Implement and enforce food safety protocols (HACCP, ISO 22000) and quality control measures.
• Manage inventory using advanced ERP systems to minimize waste and guarantee product availability.
• Lead, mentor and develop a warehouse team, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal departments to streamline logistics, improve delivery schedules and reduce costs.
• Control the warehouse budget, identifying cost‑saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Required profile

• 10‑15 years of progressive warehouse management experience in Food & Beverage, Hospitality or Logistics.
• Proven managerial experience leading diverse teams and complex operations.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations.

Required skills

• Advanced warehousing management practices.
• Food safety management (HACCP, ISO 22000).
• Proficiency with ERP systems for inventory and supply‑chain management.
• Strategic inventory management and data analysis.
• Vendor management and logistics operations.
