Warehouse Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Assistant to organize and maintain our warehouse, support event logistics, and ensure tools and equipment are properly stored and returned.

Key responsibilities

• Organize and maintain the warehouse, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored.
• Receive and hand over tools and supplies needed for events.
• Prepare and gather required equipment before each event.
• Assist with loading and unloading tools and equipment.
• Attend events to support delivery, setup, collection, and return of equipment.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are returned to the warehouse after each event.
• Monitor condition of tools and equipment and report missing or damaged items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse at all times.
• Perform other warehouse‑ or event‑related tasks as required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in warehouse operations or events (preferred).
• Good organizational skills and strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Physical ability to handle and move tools and equipment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic to good knowledge of Microsoft Excel for inventory tracking.
• Residency in New Cairo or nearby areas preferred.
