About the role
We are seeking an experienced Footwear Store Manager to lead our Cairo branch, driving sales performance and ensuring top‑notch customer service. The role involves overseeing daily operations, managing inventory, and motivating the sales team to meet targets.
Key responsibilities
- Follow up on daily sales to achieve set targets and report weekly performance.
- Coordinate replenishment, transfers between branches, and deliveries.
- Supervise logistics, purchasing, and inventory levels.
- Prepare and send detailed sales, top‑10 items, and product cycle reports.
- Maintain branch cleanliness, visual merchandising, and respond to customer complaints professionally.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3‑7 years of retail footwear management experience.
- Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
- Effective problem‑solving under pressure.
